I get them up and moving.

I don't have problems with morning yawns. It's the afternoon yawns! We try to move around a lot and we also have a morning snack break that helps.

ReplyDeleteI drink lots of coffee and keep the kiddos moving!
ReplyDeleteNo many yawns...when they do have them I tell them to use the bathroom, get a drink of water :)

Keep movement going throughout the day. Eat a good breakfast.
ReplyDeleteI do some brain breaks to get them moving, I on the other hand, need my coffee.
ReplyDeleteWe sing and dance.
ReplyDeleteWe are constantly back and forth from their seats to the carpet so they have some transition time to move around. If they are really tired we do some brain break dancing! :)
